WE'RE BACK!!!!!!!!
Essential espresso is in its tenth year of serving delicious drinks. The students in Kassie Pruitt's career education course do all the work. They take orders, make drinks, and deliver them. More than fifty students have gone through this program in the last 9 years that Essential Espresso has been serving the Tonasket School District Staff.
Every student is required to obtain a Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker's Permit. The tasks at Essential Espresso are: supervising, checking e-mail, collecting money, making drinks, delivering drinks, working the cash register, cleaning the cart, cleaning dishes and sinks, and managing accounts. They also create posters, e-mails, and brochures for advertising.
(All of the profits are used to restock and improve Essential Espresso.)
